I went to Iceland, and I did everything I wanted to get done with my layover time there. I went to downtown Reyjkavik, went up the big church, and walked down the main shopping center. Then I took a bus from downtown to the famous Blue Lagoon, which was one of the best things ever. When you drive there, the ground all around is like this lavalike moss, and it feels like you are in another world. Then you start seeing puddles of water that is a ridiculous color blue, like nothing can get more blue than this water. It was like white/blue. Of course I don't have the connector for my camera the first day I get internet, but now I know to come here, so I will download some later tonight or tomorrow. I met a really cool couple from Copenhagen that were headed to Toronto at the Blue Lagoon. There were so many different cultures and languages at this place, it was great.
I am staying at a hostel called Clink, and I hung out with some Belgian guy last night who was amazing at guitar. He bought me a glass of his favorite beer hahah. I also have met two crazy australian guys and like 5 spanish girls. London is pretty crazy, always people out on the streets and everything moving quick. I love it though.
Song of the Day (and Yesterday)
I listened to these guys while I was driving on the deserted highways of Iceland, it was pretty cool. They are Icelandic ha.
